The Chair is large enough for my 400 pound 6 foot three inch employee. He says he is very happy with the chair and that it is so comfortable that he is going to by one for his home office.

I'm 383 lbs. The typical office chair is neither comfortable or sturdy enough for me. But most Big & Tall chairs are just too pricey... especially to buy online without sitting in it first. But the Driscott chair is sturdy roomy and reasonably priced. And I was thrilled to see the rugged metal base. I hesitated to buy it because I couldn't find what the base was made of in the description. Staples delivered it fast and it was simple to assemble.

No better than the old one that I already had

After starting to experience a lot of back pain I decided I needed a new office chair. Being a larger person I chose this chair hoping that the lumbar support would help my back as well. It's a solid chair nicely made. However it was just as uncomfortable as the one I've been sitting in for years. For the price I paid I expected something a lot more comfortable out of the box. It was returned.
