I’ve had it a couple of weeks now. I find it to be very comfortable sturdy and adjustable to meet my needs. I don’t know if the chair had anything to do with it but my sciatica nerve issue has lessoned significantly since I started using this chair.

The chair is pretty comfortable but it smells so bad. Like very strong chemicals. So bad I had to put a blanket on the seat cushion. Then it made my blanket smell like chemicals. I'm pretty sure it's coming from the foam they used for the seat.

I am very satisfied with the chair only wish they would correct the "easy adjustment instructions on page 10" for the back height adjustment. The instructions say to stand behind the chair with one hand on each side of the back pull the back upwards until you reach the desired height. Back will lock in place when you stop raising it. To lower pull the back all the way up to release. I have tried many times to make a height adjustment but the back just falls all the way to the bottom. I have had place a small piece of wood to block the back in place. The instructions are incorrect as far as my chair is concerned.

I got this chair for my parents computer room - not only does it look nice but my Mom can't stop talking about how wonderful it is! Great back support adjustable height is just right to take the pressure off of her knees when she gets up rolls well arm rests are comfortable... My husband has the same chair and he loves it too! He's a 6' 5" big guy and has plenty of space and can adjust it to suit him. We highly recommend this chair!
