I ordered two of these and couldn't be happier. With a metal base a wider seat a decent height on the mesh back and good lumbar support these chairs are going to be very nice for my larger sons. Time will tell on their durability.

Had the chair almost 1 year when I had the first issue of at the base of the chair where the casters go in broke. Was delighted when I called to see if maybe a warranty would cover it & I was sent a new base & cylinder. Had the new base about 6 mos and had the same issue. The metal again where the caster goes in the base broke and made the caster turn at an angle. Again I was given a base replacement and 2 mos later it is fixing to happen again. I do not want to keep getting base replacements.

The chair looks and feels solid and I expect it to hold up well. Assembly was easy. The only negative I have for now is that the back lumbar support does not adjust very much in and out and not at all up and down. It is not in the best position for me but it is still comfortable enough to give it a positive rating.

I think most write a review the same day or only a few days after purchase. I'm glad I waited! It was nice at first but soon the cylinder would lower the chair soon after raising it. I am under the weight limit so it should have held up. Not only that the seat loses its support after a couple months. I bought this chair for working at home so I needed comfort for 8+ hours of work. I would not recommend this chair for long-term use. I just bought another chair.
