Haven't had the chair for more than a month and the seam on the seat has already torn.. Very disappointed.

The chair is very comfortable however there is a flaw in the back cushion. The seam is not sewed correctly which creates a big crease like bubble on the back cushion. I do not want to return the chair as this would be a huge hassle. I will live with the defect but I feel as though I should receive some sort of reimbursement as it is quite noticeable.
