One wheel covered broken off pole under chair cracked on top screw holes on one chair handle lined up incorrectly so only 2 out of 3 screws can be used. Stitching on chair coming out. I got a real reject.

Very comfortable great support good value. Bought this for my 8th grade son (he's about 5'1" but I imagine it would be good for someone several inches taller as well) who is doing way too many hours of sitting at a computer remote learning. As his parent and as a chiropractor support and comfort are both important. He is very happy with this chair and so am I.
