I bought this chair about 3 months ago. At first I was happy with the comfort but slowly I started to notice that the foam below my thighs wasn't particularly supportive. About a month later the seam ripped! Happily my wife made me buy the warranty as Staples has a 14 day return policy. The warranty sent me a ecard for the full amount. I will NOT buy a Rutherford chair!
