I am very happy with this purchase. Great back support and cushion of the seat and back support is very comfortable. Only improvement I felt was cushion for the arm rests. Arm rests feel bit hard adding more cushion would make this chair ideal for working long hours without any discomfort.

Very comfortable put it together by myself. An extra hand would have made the construction easier. My old chair had lost it's ability to raise and lower the seat so that's nice to have again.
