Very good price. Assembly was quick and fairly easy. A few others have mentioned the problem with the arms also being the structure for the back -- these were a bit difficult to place and secure and the arm rests/back move/make a popping sound if you lean into the back too much. The seat is very well-padded the lumbar area provides plenty of support and the high back gives upper back/shoulder support; chair is quite comfortable for all-day use. There were 3-5 days of VERY STRONG odors or VOC or off-gassing of materials after unpacking and assembly -- eyes nose and throat irritated.
Needed a chair with a back and arm rests because my sit-stand stool was causing me fatigue. The assembly was easy. Took about 45 mins from box opening to sitting in the chair. Only issue which held back a 5th star the last nut would not line up on the arm-chair connection. It's not completely threaded in. Yet it feels secure enough.
Within 3 months of use this chair made it impossible to lean back without basically falling backwards. The main structure is the arms which form a box and connect both the bottom and back together. It is not strong enough and bends when you lean back. Eventually when you lean back you lean back even more... and more... and more... until eventually you can't lean back straight up and you instead almost fall backwards. I've had it replaced under warranty once. I decided this time to just donate the chair and write this review.
