This chair is absolutely beautiful however for someone that has to sit for more than 5 hours a day it isn’t comfortable. You cant adjust the chair back and forward and the back cushion can not be customized

Chair was assembled incorrectly. The arm rests were at different heights. One of the arm rests was showed the hole that was missed where the screw was supposed to go. The chair also leaned back so far with a curve to the left that it was like lying down. Returned chair for full refund.
