Provides great back and neck support. Used it for over a week and it is pretty comfortable. 360 swivel height adjustable and locks the back if necessary. Very soft faux leather like material. The only thing I am not so sure is the material if it would hold up to everyday use. Maybe I’ll review this again in a year to see if it was worth the cost.

The chair was easy to put together and is super comfortable. I'm short and this chair is easily raised by a level on the underside that is easily accessible. The only thing that bothered me is it didn't arrive as promised. It was supposed to be next day delivery but that didn't happen. The store should have said 2-day delivery.
