Good store support and delivery was within a couple of days. Easy to put together. Hint when you get to the seat back suggest you install the top screws first and then leverage the seat back to secure the lower back screws using a pen/flash light to align the screw holes. Set your seat sway by slightly unscrewing the Tilt Tension to your comfort level.

The only thing that I can find wrong with this chair is that the back is not adjustable. When I lean back it is not straight up so that I can work. It has more of a lean. Should have checked that before I purchased. It is comfortable.

It is really nice chair for work. Am really liking the comfort and i can rest my head back when i needed it. If the handles are foldable that would help more with pushing it under the desk. Makes noise sometimes while reclining.

I love the lumbar support and that the back of the chair gives neck support. I’ve only had the chair two weeks but I already love it. I too am of small stature 5’3” and it would be good if the chair went a bit lower but I can put my feet on the ground so I’m happy with my purchase.

Likes: Soft has a high back not wide so easy to move under desk arm rest not high .. so it doesn't bump the desk as I push in (preserves the arm rest covering too). As for durability only time will tell.
