Sat in all the office chairs in Staples. Picked this one for lumbar support. Great chair but Instructions in how to put together poor. Need better directions. Also wish chair would go lower to floor.

Chair is comfortable easy to setup and good heigh adjustments and recline. The back of the chair is off center though. The drilled holes where the arms and back attach to base are slightly off.

This chair is very comfortable and looks very nice but the seat does not stay adjusted. I will be sitting and realize it's lower. I have to readjust is every couple of hours which is annoying! if not for that this would have been 5 stars
