This is a chair that's more comfortable when leaning back in it. If your sitting up working at the desk/computer it lacks in the lumbar support.

As usual the staff working the Staples Astoria store was exceptional. The people were helpful pleasant and informative. The chair on display showed loose threads on the armrest. Same problem existed with my purchase but resolved. The armrest padding is almost nonresistant and doesn't match the overall quality of the chair. The armrests should be replaced with something suited-able. It's doubtful the armrest will hold up.
