I doubt this chair will last very long. The cushioning is so poor that I have to use a supplemental cusion on top of it.

The drill holes on the sides of the chair backing were drilled warped/wrong. No matter how I put the chair together it was crooked to the eye so i had to exchange it.

After sitting in this chair for a little over a week the seat is comfortable the arm rests are in the right spot and the back is high enough to sit back and rest my head. However when I move the base pops and sounds like it needs oil somewhere. If this continues I fully expect the chair to fall off the base some day. It does have a seven year warranty and I sure hope it covers the base and its noises. Maybe I will get to find out. This chair is better than the one I bought for $99.99 almost two years ago.

This chair goes on sale for $100 every now and then and we couldn’t be happier for the price and the comport. Before this chair my wife had back problems and she has not had any pain since buying this chair. It’s great.
