Overall comfortable to sit in but since the arms are not adjustable it is hard to get comfortable with a desk and its height. Especially do not recommend it you are tall with long limbs.

Bought three fit each of us just right in the small of the back then chair tilts forward and provides head/neck support. Do wish I could set it lower as my wife must use a block so feet don't dangle...she is 5'4". Customer service was excellent-didn't have 3 in stock called other store delivered to home next day-no charge.
