I bought this chair to go with a new desk I ordered from Staples and I love it! It's very comfortable and I put it together myself which was really easy! My only complaint is with Staples overall and their website stating that items are available in store when they are not. I had my order cancelled several times which was frustrating!

The chair seems Ok so far. One complaint is it seems high and will not go any lower than the handle down limit. Also it was a bear to assemble the holes in the cushions will easily strip in if you are not careful and lined up correctly which is hard to see because the cushion covers the bold hole. The instructions just have a few pictures no TEXT!

This chair for the price is very nice and comfortable. But the actual "SEAT" is crooked in relation to the seatback and arms and not just by a little bit A LOT!! So I tried to loosed the fasteners and adjust but there is only one way it goes together. It's very noticeable but this doesn't seem to effect the seating comfort. All the parts and pieces were there and it was packaged very well. I really like the lumbar pad that protrudes at the bottom of the seat back and is very comfortable and supportive of my back. The upolstery is very nice as well. If it weren't for the misalignment of the seat itself I would give it 5 stars.
