Price was right good looking but Stiff!! Store model worked better. Hard to adjust rocking mechanism and hoping chair will loosen up with use.

This chair seems like it was made for me perfect height plus and soft yet has back support and quite nice looking. I don’t know how long it’ll last but it feels sturdy and has a warranty

I'm 6'2" and its hard to find a chair that I can be comfortable in for several hours / day. This one is great; the back comes above my shoulders and the padding is just right not too firm not too soft. Great price too.

Bought the chair the end of March. A few weeks ago I noticed the screw covers starting to pop out. Shortly after that the left arm began to feel loose and lean. This week it seemed like it was tilting back more and more. Last night I sat in the chair and felt something poking me in my left leg and the chair went so far back I nearly fell over. I should have read more reviews sooner. I never would have bought this piece of junk. Hopefully I can get it replaced or refunded.

The holes in the arms don't match the holes in back cushion. Bolt cups don't hold 3 of 8 dropped down after assembly.
