The staff who advised me and assembled the chair couldn't have been better and it's a nice pretty comfortable chair. But it won't work for me as it's too big to fit comfortably in the small space I need to use it in. The back is also supposed to recline but it doesn't or takes a herculean effort to adjust the knob that's supposed to allow it to.

I like this chair. It has a nice appearance (blue-gray) and is comfortable. It has a fair amount of lumbar support (built in) comfortable side arms plus it is tall enough to lean your head back and still sit in an upright position at the keyboard. We got an extended warranty on it for about $20 extra so if it gets damaged it can be replaced. All in all a great chair at a reasonable price.
