what a disappointment this chair had great reviews so I took a chance on it the chair is small and Im only 5'8" 160 lbs and I feel like the seat is small and whats up with the big lump in the lower back??? this is way more than lumbar support its very uncomfortable and makes me not want to lean back I tried fooling myself by saying its helping my posture but I guess Im not that gullible I was more worried about the material coming apart at the seams or peeling so I got the warranty but I wasn't expecting this horrible hump in the chair back and honestly if it wasn't for the hump I would have given it 5 stars the size I can deal with this hump will hopefully wear out over time but until then I actually hate this chair and don't look forward to sitting in it

I bought this chair to go with a new desk I ordered from Staples and I love it! It's very comfortable and I put it together myself which was really easy! My only complaint is with Staples overall and their website stating that items are available in store when they are not. I had my order cancelled several times which was frustrating!
