Seat and lumbar cushions are very comfortable from the start. It doesn't take some wearing into until it's nice and soft. Also the high back rest allows me to tilt back a bit and rest my head/neck on the top back when I want to relax a little from work. I use this chair 8 hrs a day. Definitely recommend!

I was looking for an office chair and one that can be used for gaming. This chair is fantastic you can control the lean forward and back and lock it in place. The back is tall enough for men that are tall in the torso and gives me good head neck support. Very comfortable and it feels like leather I don't know what it is though. It was $100 off fantastic buy.

Had an issue with a stripped screw. The screws are not high quality. However I returned it to Staples and they provided a replacement. The last two screws are tougher to install. Good instructions.
