Tilts from left to right even when gas is fully compressed really wish it didn’t have this issue and now my return date is expired awesome!!!

It goes without saying that every body is different when it comes to a comfortable chair. This is where it's important in my opinion to be able to go to a brick and mortar store and try to find the best chair for your body. This chair fills the bill. And in grey at a $100 discount - what more could one ask for? Free shipping was a great add on. Simple to assemble. Let's hope for a reasonable 'duty cycle'!

To me this was the most comfortable affordable replacement office chair to fill my needs. The Assy. Instructions were very well written (mostly pictures) and easy to follow along with the color-coded hardware. An Allen wrench was even included with the hardware! Easy to assemble though it would be nice to have two people available especially when assembling the arms to the base and then after positioning the back. It took me about an hour by myself to assemble. I recommend it to anyone in need of a new office chair.
