Very comfortable. However if I bottom out the chair and then raise it the telescoping tube does not telescope back up. Also the chair headrest is not symmetrical. One side is a little higher than the other making the chair look like its leaning. Since the chair is comfortable I consider these minor blemishes. Photo shows where the telescoping tube ends up if you lower the chair and then raise it back up to a higher position.
