I find this chair is very comfortable. If I have any thing that I question it is the workmanship looks a little rough. I have to wait though as it might hold up just fine over time.

Our local store (Charlottesville) had only one of these chairs in the color we wanted. A young lady on your staff performed heroically -- after learning that there was another chair at your Staunton store she called Staunton -- and had to stand for five minutes waiting for someone there to pick up the phone. She persevered -- we got the chairs -- and were able to pick them up at the Charlottesville store with no delivery fee. The lady who was such a heroine turned away from us to help another customer before we check out so I doubt that her name appears anywhere on the sale record. We asked the clerk at the checkout corner to thank her for her splendid work -- if you can identify her please do so again on our behalf.

Very thin vinyl on the sides of the chair back. I rocked back and hit the printer tray and tore the chair open. Just a light hit. Printer tray is fine. Chair wounded. Cheapy thin vinyl used on the side. I’m sure you could tear it with a finger nail.
