I loved this chair when I purchased in April. It was so comfortable and perfect for my new home office. Now I can barely sit in it without adding a pillow for support. The hydraulics also don’t work anymore. I start off high up and by the end of the day am on the lowest height.

I think I should have spent a dollar more for a better chair. The seat is not as full as I thought it should be like more filling. The armrest on the left side sinks in guess I lean there more. I only have had the chair less than 30 days.

I bought 5 of these chairs for our office. I gave 4 stars because I did receive a chair that had some white markings on the side that I can’t get off. They are pretty straight forward to put together but it can be tricky to put the last bolt of the back rest to the bottom piece. I would still recommend this chair and it would be a bonus if you get them at the $99 sale price.

The chair was not wide enough for my frame and I sank down too far into the padding for comfort. I am in the 220lb range - so I think the chair would be better for those who are lighter and narrower.
