One wheel covered broken off pole under chair cracked on top screw holes on one chair handle lined up incorrectly so only 2 out of 3 screws can be used. Stitching on chair coming out. I got a real reject.

I love the lumbar support and that the back of the chair gives neck support. I’ve only had the chair two weeks but I already love it. I too am of small stature 5’3” and it would be good if the chair went a bit lower but I can put my feet on the ground so I’m happy with my purchase.
