It goes without saying that every body is different when it comes to a comfortable chair. This is where it's important in my opinion to be able to go to a brick and mortar store and try to find the best chair for your body. This chair fills the bill. And in grey at a $100 discount - what more could one ask for? Free shipping was a great add on. Simple to assemble. Let's hope for a reasonable 'duty cycle'!

I put the chair together by myself. Everything was labeled well and all parts present in the box. I am not a young woman (67 yrs young)and had no problems. I needed a new office chair that was comfortable. I am in this chair long hours and I can lean back in a restful position. The back is comfortable and the seat is very comfortable. I looked over the chairs in the store and decided on this one because it was on sale. It was a great buy in every way. I recommend it.
