I've been using my chair now for about two weeks and am really enjoying it. Assembly wasn't too bad. The lumbar support is great. I like having the adjustable height. Now I just need to keep my daughter from hijacking my chair for herself!
The chair is beautiful -- elegant lines quality construction extremely comfortable. But be prepared for the assembly. It took two of us 45 minutes to assemble -- the directions are a bit cryptic and lining up the screw placement takes real effort. But it's worth it once assembled.
To me this was the most comfortable affordable replacement office chair to fill my needs. The Assy. Instructions were very well written (mostly pictures) and easy to follow along with the color-coded hardware. An Allen wrench was even included with the hardware! Easy to assemble though it would be nice to have two people available especially when assembling the arms to the base and then after positioning the back. It took me about an hour by myself to assemble. I recommend it to anyone in need of a new office chair.
I had an uncomfortable chair for weeks during my work from home per the pandemic. Finally broke down and bought this super comfortable chair that was on an amazing sale. Kicking myself for not buying it sooner.
