The chair is nice but one pack was missing one of the bolts. It was time consuming for me to find a metric bolt with 20 pitch threads and modify it to fit the access hole.

Just what I needed to replace my old chair. I'm short so there's a bit of a hop to get in and comfortable while at the same time keeping my arms at the right height for my laptop. Only suggestion: the instructions made it seem that the chair bottom fit in the small opening. It doesn't.
