This chair is really comfortable and is contoured to provide support for my back. I was glad I could test it in store prior to buying it. The color listed is grey but it is more of a slate blue which fits in my home office better than most office chairs.

Very disappointed with the build and material

This chair’s frame is made of ugly plastic this is height of increasing margins by compromising on material. Entire backrest is attached using two screws to the plastic handrails with quality of that plastic very cheap. Cushioning on seat and backrest also appears to have been compromised to increase margin. Plastic is very ugly and probably that is the reason they came up with this black frame.
