This chair was reasonably easy to assemble adjusts easily for both height and tilt and looks nice in my workroom. The only issue is that the bolt covers keep falling out --- and aren't really necessary.

I am very happy with this beautiful chair which I purchased in gray to bend with my carpet. The chair is very comfortable and is high so leaning back is a pleasurable option. The price was great. A bit challenging to assembly but reasonably priced to have it assembled in store. So happy with my selection.

Fabric not sufficiently cut back around assembly sockets. Screws get caught in fabric. Need to improve the manufacturing. Had to tap one socket hole due to material interference and cross threading.

I am very pleased with this purchase and the quality of the service I received yesterday at the Bensalem Store. The quality of the chair is excellent it’s very comfortable and the perfect height! Eric who helped me with my questions and also loaded the chair into the cart (and my car!) and Paula who was the cashier were extremely helpful and courteous despite the fact that it was very close to the store closing time. Thank you both for providing top notch customer service!
