I was alarmed when I found a wheel was missing from my box but customer service was excellent and replaced it promptly. The instructions for assembly were some of the best I've seen less words more pictures. I am happy with how the gray/blue matches my office. Most importantly it "fits" me. I advise testing different chairs before making a decision. I sat in numerous chairs before deciding on this one. It was a perfect combination of affordability and comfort. As a new owner I can't speak to how long it will last but I am hoping it will be my last.

The color is perfect for my grey themed office redesign! And it is a comfortable chair to sit in for extended design projects. The Rutherford office chair is easy to assemble very comfortable for work-from-home days and the material is smooth/supple. The tilt-lock feature prevents accidental imbalance incidents & the adjustable height accommodates both my 6'3" frame as well as my 5'4" fiancée comfortably. I would definitely purchase again

This chair is comfortable just long enough for you to keep it. The arm on mine broke so Staples replaced it. The new one started leaning replaced the seat with spare parts from the 1st replacement and now the springs in this one are broken. Im not a very large man or anything this is basic stuff. Look elsewhere for better construction and durability.
