The casing on the base of the chair came broken in the box. The arms don't tighten completely so they are just kind of there. One arm is flat on top already. I have to use a cushion as well because it really isn't that comfortable.
My senior mother needed to replace her desk chair with one that has arms to make it easier to get up. The Rutherford was the perfect choice she is happy with it and said its comfortable roomy enough and suits her needs very well.
reasonably easy to put together comfortable and rolls easy. Can't vouch for durability yet but seems sturdy enough. Have tested slouch and snooze and can say it works fine.
After the first day of working from home for quarantine I knew that I needed a new office chair. I found this chair and bought two; they are easy to assemble and very comfortable. When we’re able to return to the office I will be getting an additional one.
The chair seems Ok so far. One complaint is it seems high and will not go any lower than the handle down limit. Also it was a bear to assemble the holes in the cushions will easily strip in if you are not careful and lined up correctly which is hard to see because the cushion covers the bold hole. The instructions just have a few pictures no TEXT!
