Despite the product team's best efforts, this otherwise adequate chair possesses a slight lean starting from the seat itself. Hopefully this is a factory problem and not a design flaw. Would not recommend this chair now.

Not worth the Money

During assembly, 2 holes were not properly drilled on the side armrests, I had to drill them to enable the bolts to pass trough. The recline feature doesn't work even after sliding the bottom bar in and out several times. Seat needs more padding. So, chair doesn't recline with uncomfortable seat. Evidently No Quality Control.
