I actually liked this chair better than the super pricey ones I tried out. I'm only 5'4 and I think most chairs are designed for bigger people. I like that the low back of the chair fits right up against my low back. It doesn't tilt back when I press my back against it which is something I prefer. without having to add in an additional pillow or support. The arm rests fit under my 30" tall desk when the chair is at the low setting which is convenient. Looks like picture. Assembly was easy until the last step where I needed help holding the chair back up while I screwed it in. I realized that I needed to loosen the other screws to get more degrees of freedom and then tighten all of them after it was basically together.

busted after only a few months

I was satisfied at 1st, but had to tighten screws a couple times in the 1st couple months, and still not even 5 months old, the arm busted in half where it screws to the seat. Its unusable now.

Comfortable but flimsy

Arm connection finally broke

The bolt on the front of the left arm completely separated from the seat. Chair is barely a year old and used infrequently. It's unusable now.
