Bought this for myself originally but ended up giving to my husband b/c it didn't lean back as easily as I needed it to...for my comfort the spring was a little too stiff but he limes it very well...all features work perfectly & it's very comfortable

I was alarmed when I found a wheel was missing from my box but customer service was excellent and replaced it promptly. The instructions for assembly were some of the best I've seen less words more pictures. I am happy with how the gray/blue matches my office. Most importantly it "fits" me. I advise testing different chairs before making a decision. I sat in numerous chairs before deciding on this one. It was a perfect combination of affordability and comfort. As a new owner I can't speak to how long it will last but I am hoping it will be my last.
