For the price it is hard to beat. A little uncomfortable for sitting hours on end but that was expected and isn't a frequant occasion. If you want something to sit in for 8 hours a day spend a little more. For an hour or two at a time it's perfect at a good price

So I ordered this chair online when it was on sale and easily did the in store pick up. I got it home and put it together only to find that the bolts for one arm would not tighten. I contacted customer service and I was immediately sent a new chair (though I had to pick it up again.) The second one tightened perfectly and is very comfortable.
