This chair is very comfortable and the color I chose blends in with any room. I wanted a chair with arms that feels stable. This chair is both. Although I'm fairly certain I could have done it I paid the extra $20 to have it put together for me.

Defective backrest screw not drill and tapped

The chair backrest screw wasn’t drill and tapped all the way through like the other seven threaded holes. The screw broke inside the threaded part because it couldn’t go anymore. Quality assurance checks weren’t successfully completed after the chair was manufactured. It should have been flagged as being defective at the manufacturing facility.

Got a great deal on this chair- it is very comfortable and perfect for a home office I’d recommend it for the sale price. Not sure I’d be quite as happy had I paid full price. But overall love it!
