Was not expecting inaccurate lining up of holes to threaded frame. I don't usually go to the extent that I did to make things fit and work however the previous chair had been broken and needed to be replaced. Next time and I know there will be a next time I will take a closer look at quality.
I had this chair for less than 2 months. From the start the arms felt flexible even though the screws where tightened. When leaning back in the chair when in locked position it still felt as if you could rock back when trying to support your back. Yesterday when leaning back the seat (which is made from thin plywood) cracked where the front of the arm connects to the seat. Staples warranty dept has been great and ordered a new seat but I doubt this chair will last a year.
