1. I asked the sales person about another color it looked tan but said grey. 2 employees said the paper was wrong. So I went with the slate grey. After I got the chair the grey was tan. The employees didn't seem to be informed. When leaning back the left side seems to be back more. And the left arm rest isn't tight. It moves outward some

This chair is absolutely beautiful however for someone that has to sit for more than 5 hours a day it isn’t comfortable. You cant adjust the chair back and forward and the back cushion can not be customized

I am very happy with this purchase. Great back support and cushion of the seat and back support is very comfortable. Only improvement I felt was cushion for the arm rests. Arm rests feel bit hard adding more cushion would make this chair ideal for working long hours without any discomfort.

Ordered a gray chair for my office form staples. Went great. Set up sewing table in office for my wife. Ordered same chair same model number. They lost it in shipping. Took 12 days for what I could have drove to town and bought. And guess what. Same gray chair was total different color gray….
