This chair is fantastic. It was super simple to set up once it arrived and it has provided me a huge amount of relief from back and neck pain! This chair has given me the support I need in order to make good posture a habit in my office life. And as a tall woman (over 6 foot) it fits me well without the necessity of a "big and tall" chair that would end up being too wide. But be warned - if your floor is smooth and you push away from your desk too hard....it will go flying! The casters work SO well.
