The chair arrived in just one day. The delivery driver was very friendly/courteous. I think the chair is very comfortable. I'm 6'2" and it fits very well with strong back support. I'd like the tilting feature to be more slight but after adjusting the tilting adjustment knob I couldn't get a setting I liked. Assembly was excellent! I'm 70 yrs. old and had the chair ready in 30 minutes. The instructions and parts are clearly stated. Overall a good chair for the price and looks.
