The chair was easy to put together and is super comfortable. I'm short and this chair is easily raised by a level on the underside that is easily accessible. The only thing that bothered me is it didn't arrive as promised. It was supposed to be next day delivery but that didn't happen. The store should have said 2-day delivery.

I am particularly impressed with the lumbar support the chair offers. It's not adjustable or overly done. It just feels natural and comfortable.
