Had an issue with a stripped screw. The screws are not high quality. However I returned it to Staples and they provided a replacement. The last two screws are tougher to install. Good instructions.

Bought this chair for my child for distance learning. She loves it. Super comfy and supportive. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because of how hard it was to put this chair together. The holes didn’t quit line up so it took the two of us to hold it together while I tried to tighten the bolts. It was a good workout.
