The chair was very easy to assemble with the instructions. I like the shape and appearance of the chair in my office. The material is soft and easy to wipe clean. The only slight downside is the lack of lumbar support or adjustment so I often keep an extra cushion/pillow behind my low back when sitting for several hours.
