Returned! Unable to completely put it togthers the holes did not match up and 2 of the holes had no screw fitting but were right into to fabric. Very disappointed as I need a new chair

The chair is very comfortable however there is a flaw in the back cushion. The seam is not sewed correctly which creates a big crease like bubble on the back cushion. I do not want to return the chair as this would be a huge hassle. I will live with the defect but I feel as though I should receive some sort of reimbursement as it is quite noticeable.
