I have only used this chair a couple of weeks and it is already coming apart. A fastener in one of the arms has come out and the arm on the left side is loose. This was purchased assembled in the store. The receipt indicates a 3 year warranty but does not provide information to contact anyone about repairs or replacement.

I like the feel of the chair and the back / headrest design as it fits well. That said the chair creaks and squeaks no matter how much I tighten the bolts. I'll be returning it.

This chair was quick and easy to assemble. The only issue is that my tall husband isn't crazy about the fact that the seat depth front to back is four inches shorter than his old chair. The other measurements are comparable so I'm unsure why the seat is so much shorter. Nevertheless he is able to use it comfortably and says "it will work fine."

I was looking for an office chair and one that can be used for gaming. This chair is fantastic you can control the lean forward and back and lock it in place. The back is tall enough for men that are tall in the torso and gives me good head neck support. Very comfortable and it feels like leather I don't know what it is though. It was $100 off fantastic buy.
