Chair is comfortable easy to setup and good heigh adjustments and recline. The back of the chair is off center though. The drilled holes where the arms and back attach to base are slightly off.

As usual the staff working the Staples Astoria store was exceptional. The people were helpful pleasant and informative. The chair on display showed loose threads on the armrest. Same problem existed with my purchase but resolved. The armrest padding is almost nonresistant and doesn't match the overall quality of the chair. The armrests should be replaced with something suited-able. It's doubtful the armrest will hold up.

the basic chaor is comfortable. the assembly of the intrnal nuts is poor. out of eight of them only 4 actually held the back and bottom securely.
