Bought the chair the end of March. A few weeks ago I noticed the screw covers starting to pop out. Shortly after that the left arm began to feel loose and lean. This week it seemed like it was tilting back more and more. Last night I sat in the chair and felt something poking me in my left leg and the chair went so far back I nearly fell over. I should have read more reviews sooner. I never would have bought this piece of junk. Hopefully I can get it replaced or refunded.

I'm pleased with my chair. Just think the back could be a little more contoured to sit at a desk. It is good at the bottom but the top seems to need a little more filing to fit the back while sitting at a desk.

This works great for my desk and my job. It's very comfortable and adjustable and I like the faux leather exterior will be easier to keep clean than my old fabric-covered desk chair. I would have rated a 5 but some of the screws were hard to line up & screw in and some of the plastic screw covers keep popping out of place. Still I hope this chair lasts me a long time!
