This was easy to assemble except for one of the arm sockets on the left side of the chair back. The bolt socket (female part) was angled instead of being perpendicular to the chair back. Other than that it is comfortable and works fine.

I saw on my Staples on-line notifications that chairs were on sale. I had one picked out by photo only but took the time to sit in many styles. This chair was the most comfy for me from first sit! Defective backrest screw not drill and tapped

The chair backrest screw wasn’t drill and tapped all the way through like the other seven threaded holes. The screw broke inside the threaded part because it couldn’t go anymore. Quality assurance checks weren’t successfully completed after the chair was manufactured. It should have been flagged as being defective at the manufacturing facility.
