It's a pretty darn good phone/computer. It's fast, has plenty of RAM and storage. The colors are very vivid, the sound is good not great. The one thing I am upset about is the screen. The screen viewable area doesn't extend to the edges of the phone like every other phone I've owned did. The top and sides have an 1/8"gap while the bottom edge has a full 1/4" gap unused. That's a lot of unused screen real estate paid for in full with zero benefit. This is one of those things never known until you have already bought the phone cause it's not mentioned anywhere I've seen. Even the reviews by users I never saw this issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very slow, takes forever for an app to open. Constantly looses service to networks no matter how many times the SIM card is changed. Messages are downloaded media. Lost service\network can not make calls until connected to network. Have done it all to make thr phone faster, better. Nothing has helped. Very disappointed with this phone. Previous phone was a galaxy and loved. This one, not so much.

It over heats if you play a game. Bluetooth disconnects quit abit. Doesn't matter if it's to my radio, headphones or other speakers. When I select an app. Instead of that app opens. Google opens instead. And I hate the biometrics is on the side of phone

I have not had a samsung phone since l g started m

It's done a lot of memory good network. I have it with T-Mobile. I really enjoy this song. I'm listening forward to having the new flip phone very soon.
