My A25 5G is my best I.T. tool.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an independent contractor for I.T. work, my A25 has proven to be my best helper ever. I use the camera to take up close and detailed photos of the equipment and parts I install on customer networks. The details of the photos enables me to show Network Operation Centers problem areas in patch panels and data outlets. You can see the corrosion, pitted and damaged pins in the jack, or on the moduler heads. I can test WiFi bandwidth and internet speed, take a screen shot and send it in as proof of what Mbps the network is getting from the provider. The Hot Spot is very useful when I need to assist Help Desks and NOCs with access to the customer equipment thru my A25 5G. Just connect to my laptop thru the Hot Spot and the company can gain access to their equipment and make changes to their setup and programing. I find that I get reception on both cell service and the 5G connections in the worst areas. The A25 5G has given me the best service and reliability of all the phones I've had with the ease of use, reliability and the quality the A25 5G offers. I don't think I will ever find a fault with this phone. For me, it's the best tool in my bag of tricks.

Not good please help

Samsung as of course hidden so many controls it waste many many hours to get things to work. My voicemail still does not work. Between Samsung AT&T and the OS they have lost text pictures titles and other things. Apparently I have to drive to another city to try and get these things fixed. I have been on the line 10 times with the experts. Who cannot do anything. And I've been on the phone as well as there websites. It's amazing how much time that creatures of smartphones computers waste changing how to operate them it does not impress us out there. Hiding the controls is not cool.
