[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use both my A14 and A32 devices for a multitude of things as I do not have a home computer. The A14 was sent to me as an "upgrade" supposedly for signing up with a new cable provider in my area. Upon receipt I noticed a few differences such as a more vivid picture and sleek design. However this seems to be where the difference ends. One feature I wished my A32 has that my A14 does not is oddly enough a software issue. The A14 does not offer the "Smart View" option. Please don't get me wrong. I equally love both devices. However the A32 which wasn't even a choice when entering this contest, seems to have a slight edge over the A14 and as mentioned earlier this is the "upgrade". Not to mention more recently. A few days ago, I accidentally dropped my A14 from a table onto the floor. A hardwood floor, Not too high of a drop at all. I've my A32 a couple of years now and it's fallen many times with no issues other than a now very scared screen protector. My A14 has yet to receive a screen protector. After retrieving the A14 from it's mishap, I noticed it had separated itself from itself. It was trying to get out of it's case. Side of the phone where the volume and power button slightly raised. I then proceeded to gently squeeze it back into place. I was successful in doing such, but not in the fact that in doing such I somehow managed to lose the option of power on/off button and finger print recognition feature. A picture will be included with this entry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I love everything abt this phone. But the Bixby feature helps me alot I use it all the time lol. I love you can create an avatar too and there's other cool features like the side bar.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots more features and a nice upgrade from my last Samsung. Easy to use, no lagging. I do not like the feature that self loads useless games so I have to clean them off once a week
